Everbrook Academy - Maple Grove - Mini (Preschool & Pre K) - Summer - 2025

Families will create a Soccer Shots account, enroll on our website and pay the $30.00 Annual Registration Fee via credit card. Families are required to directly pay Everbrook Academy - Maple Grove $20.00/week for the duration of the season.

Jersey and Merchandise Information

Will My Child Receive Soccer Shots Jersey?

• Youth jerseys are distributed once per school year and are sent via mail when the annual enrollment fee has been paid.
• The annual enrollment fee is charged once per school year; for example, Fall 2024 - Summer 2025 is considered one school year. *If you are not prompted to pay an enrollment fee, you will not receive a jersey for this session.

Make-Up Classes:

• For any class that is cancelled, we will try our best to offer a makeup class:

• Make-up classes for Weekday Public/Park Programs are typically scheduled on the weekday following the last scheduled class
• Make-up classes for Saturday Public/Park Programs are typically scheduled on the weekend following the last scheduled class
• Make-up classes for Child Care Center Locations are typically scheduled based on the Center's school calendar

• Please note: Make-ups, refunds and credits are NOT available for missed classes due to individual reasons (vacation, illness, etc.)

Weather:

• We generally try to make a decision at least one hour prior to the start of the session, but that can depend on the weather situation in the given area.
  • If we look at the radar and are unsure of the weather at your location, we will send the coach out to survey the field and let us know if we can play. In this instance, we will email and/or post a message on our Facebook page prior to the start of the session if the session will be cancelled.
    
    
• Soccer Shots sessions may still run in light rain, but we will cancel for lightening, heavy rain, heat and poor air quality

  • AQI above >165
• Please be sure to monitor your email, and our Facebook page for any weather cancellations
  
  
• If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will send you an email notification, notifying you of the cancellation and a possible make up date.
